missions :
Context:
As part of the development of our vaccination equipment range, we are looking for a Mechatronics Product Manager with several years of experience in the industrialization of mechatronic products.
As a Mechatronics Product Manager, you will be responsible for the industrialization as well as the functional and technical evolutions of a new range of equipment, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will play a central role in strategic productrelated decisions, interacting directly with the various internal departments.
Missions:
• Lead the development of new products in collaboration with the marketing teams to define needs, functionalities, and the associated ecosystem (mobile applications, cloud platforms, etc.).
• Work in close coordination with the mechanical, electronic, embedded software teams, as well as with the industrialization department.
• Draft system specifications and establish product validation plans.
• Participate in testing and validation phases.
• Coordinate and monitor product industrialization, including packaging and certification stages.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Guarantee adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality throughout the product lifecycle.

profile :
Technical skills:
• Mastery of development and industrialization processes for mechatronic products.
• Knowledge of certification processes.
• Understanding of technological ecosystems (mobile applications, cloud, IoT).
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Vcycle development.
• Familiarity with design and simulation tools (electronic and mechanical CAD).
Profile:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the industrialization and project or product management of mechatronic systems.
• Engineering degree in mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering. Additional training or specialization in project management is an asset.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with and unite multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment.
