Hours/Shift: Fixed Term Contract. 40 hours per week.

What you’ll do
Production Operator plays a vital role in contributing to the production of high-quality livestock feed through the operations of bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping activities at Rosenort, MB. This position supports uninterrupted production operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Operate production machinery and identify areas to optimize production performance
Ensure quality and food safety standards are met
Meet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activities
Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment
Promote awareness of any unsafe situation and take appropriate action
Who we’re looking for
You’ll also need
Ability to lift 25 kgs regularly
Ability to focus on details within a fast-paced environment
Exposure to the elements, noise and dust, and working at heights
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
