This position plays a hands-on role in managing reproductive programs for progressive dairy herds, combining technical skill, practical herd knowledge, and a passion for livestock genetics. This position will oversee every aspect of reproduction on our farm, from hormone shot programs all the way to preg check.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n\r\n- Perform artificial insemination (AI) on dairy cattle\r\n- Perform herd checks and reproductive management programs\r\n- Support data collection, record-keeping, and genetic planning\r\n- Deliver and handle semen safely and efficiently\r\n- Work with veterinarians to implement customized reproductive protocols\r\n- Conduct ultrasound pregnancy checks (Optional but preferred)\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
