WHAT YOU WILL DO POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES Responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering and maintenance activities within a facility or organization. Contribute to the recruitment and retaining of employees, the development and execution of training programs and the execution of all performance management activities Tunes the team’s capacity to the required workload, both in quantity and quality. Lead and manage a team of engineers, maintenance technicians, and support staff, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the effective performance of their duties. Establish goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the engineering and maintenance teams, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and manage budgets, Contribute to the delivery of the budget and realization of financial targets. Gives solicited and unsolicited advice to IPT lead, regarding improvements for more efficient and/or effective maintenance Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering and maintenance departments. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to engineering and maintenance operations. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES Overall manage maintenance and utilities supply to ensure production operations are going smoothly. Support execution of site capital investment project within budget and timeline. Establish operation procedures and management procedures to ensure maintenance activities and utilities supply are carried out efficiently and accurately. Maintain site facilities and equipment in good condition through sufficient preventive maintenance procedures and keep the breakdown time as less as possible. Supply qualified and sufficient utilities to satisfy production requirements. Support each department to identify equipment replacement and new investment needs to develop annual capital investment plan and ensure capital investment plan is executed within timeline and budget. Effectively use resources of manpower, new technology and skill to improve productivity continually. In collaboration with EHS, ensuring that all aspects related to Health, Safety, and Environment are proactively addressed. Responsible for Engineering KPIs and identify the operation excellence opportunities. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Desired Experience/Education B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Automation, or equivalent Good knowledge of GMP and EHS regulations Fluent in English (both written and verbally) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Functional Competencies Required Engineering operation management Strategic asset management Demonstrates strategic thinking capability and ability to apply good judgment across operational challenges Drivers for superior results & has passion to win Energizes team & develop people Change Management Regulatory Compliance Demonstrates the ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
