We are currently looking for a Horticultural Service Technician to support and join the existing team at our Littleport branch, based in Cambridgeshire, CB6 1SE
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all equipment associated with Horticultural machinery that is sold by the company's sales departments.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Domestic or Professional Grass Machinery and how it functions is advantageous
- Repair and maintain equipment for customers associated with Horticultural machinery
- Diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs and service work
- Good knowledge of Utility, Garden or small Agricultural machinery
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest software
- Have the ability to work alone using own initiative and as part of a team
- Heavy lifting but apply common sense to items that require assistance
- Good communication skills
- Competent in the use of computers
- Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone
- Full clean driving license
