Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-equipped, full-service veterinary hospital in the Grand Prairie area. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
• Performing comprehensive physical examinations and developing diagnostic plans
• Managing medical cases through appropriate treatment protocols and follow-up care
• Carrying out routine and more complex surgical procedures
• Completing dental procedures including examinations and extractions
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient medical records
Qualifications Needed:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state of Texas
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across a range of cases
• Confidence performing routine surgery and anesthesia procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and veterinary team members
