We're looking for an
experienced Agricultural Service Technician to join our friendly and established team at our Albourne branch, located in West Sussex.
What you'll do
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll:
- Repair and maintain equipment sold by our sales departments within the designated area.
- Lead and support apprentices, mentoring them and involving them in repairs suited to their skill level.
- Provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in a similar role (industry experience is a real advantage).
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills (warranty and chargeable).
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a team.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail when completing job cards and documentation.
- A positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- A willingness to mentor and support apprentices.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.

Additional Information
- Start Date:
Immediate (subject to notice period).
- Hours:
39 hours per week - 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch) Overtime paid at time and a half on completion of 39 hours Monday to Friday. Sundays or Bank Holidays will be paid at double time

£Competitive, dependent on experience plus bonus, company vehicle and mobile phone
