Valleyview Co-op in VIRDEN, MB is looking for a FULL-TIME SALES AGRONOMIST at our Virden Farm & Ranch Centre.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAbout the Role\r\n\r\nThe Sales Agronomist is a customer-focused role responsible for growing agronomy sales by building strong, trusted relationships with producers. Working directly with growers, this position identifies agronomic challenges, delivers practical input recommendations, and drives sales of seed, fertilizer, crop protection, custom application, and crop supplies services.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, talking with producers, building business, and seeing the results of their efforts in strong customer relationships and sales growth.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll do:\r\n\r\nThe Agronomist works to acquire knowledge and experience to establish credibility and to develop ongoing, profitable sales relationships with the Co-operative’s customers. Contributes to the overall success of the Agro team through support and cross promotion of Farm & Ranch and Petroleum services and products.
