Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established and busy practice offering both part-time and full-time flexibility. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work within a large, collaborative clinical team supported by advanced diagnostic equipment and a strong nursing structure, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Managing consultations and developing treatment plans for companion animals
Performing routine surgical procedures and diagnostics

Communicating clearly with clients to support informed decision-making
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications Needed:

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
Eligible for veterinary licensure in California
Interest in small animal general practice
Strong communication and teamwork skills
