Your
missions :
- Provide insights on market data, customer lifecycle, trials, sales targets, and product positioning to senior leadership.
- Analyze market information to challenge sales policies and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure consistent use of Omnis360 for customer relationship management and segmentation updates.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans aligned with corporate, regional, and global strategies.
- Lead business initiatives during pilot and launch phases, ensuring successful market entry.
- Negotiate effectively with key accounts and review strategic account plans annually or bi-annually.
- Motivate, coach, and manage business teams, set KPIs, hire/train new staff, and oversee compensation/benefits.
- Drive Sales Force Excellence by setting PeopleCloud objectives, conducting regular coaching, and leading workshops.
- Manage P&L, gross margins, OPEX, sales forecasts, and establish sales policies to deliver revenue and profit targets.
- Maintain continuous communication with country, zone, and corporate leadership, fostering collaboration and knowledge.
Your
profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the Poultry industry, preferably within a multinational company. Proven track record in franchise management, strategic planning, and market analysis.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Proficient in market data analysis and generating actionable market insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to align local actions with global strategic objectives and to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in managing profit and loss statements and delivering financial objectives.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with strategic and key accounts.
