THE JOB
Ceva-Phylaxia
seeks applicants for the full-time position of Industrial Controller in the Industrial
Controlling Team within the Finance organization of Ceva’s Phylaxia
Campus in Budapest’s 10th district.
The
Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health group. The Industrial
Controlling team is translating operational and financial data into intelligible
information for our management. The industrial controller is acting as a
business partner of the operational manager. On top of the usual monthly
closing and budget exercises, he ensures the reliability of the information and
brings visibility in future periods, highlighting risks and opportunities, support
informed decisions and sustainable performance
WHAT
YOU’LL DO
Reporting
to the Campus Industrial Controller, you will follow specifically 2 production
activities of the site and support their leaders.
YOUR DAY
TO DAY
- You partner with activity managers to review performance and identify improvement opportunities together”, you project future performance,
- You participate actively in closing, estimate and budget processes,
- You collaborate closely with teams accross manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing or HR,
- You propose controlling processes and tools improvement, you settle controls to ensure data reliability,
- You perform ad hoc analysis to support saving actions, standard cost calculation for process changes or internalization

Your
profile :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in controlling ideally industrial controlling,
- English is mandatory
- Full excel capacity, JDE knowledge would be appreciated,
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, integrity, curiosity
