Qualifications Needed:

- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon or eligible to register n
- Previous experience in small animal practice n
- Confidence in both surgical and medical case management n
- Ability to support and mentor colleagues within the team n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills n
