To be successful in the role you will need good experience across a range of husbandry enterprises consistent with current educational curriculum standards, and possess good supervisory skills to manage all farming activities and operations to support agricultural learning and the management of all farm related resources for teaching purposes within the educational framework. You will also need to possess good prioritisation, planning and organisational skills to oversee workloads and workflows, and be a good communicator to work effectively with teachers, students and external support agencies.

This is an Above Centrally Identified permanent non-teaching position established through school funds. The successful candidate's continued appointment to this position will be subject to the continuity of this funding, the ongoing requirement for the role and the educational needs of the school. Should the funding or the requirement for the position cease, the officer will receive priority consideration for placement at an alternative location.
