You will take ownership of thedaytodaymaintenance operation, workinghandsonwith your team to keep equipment, tools, and systems running safely, reliably, and in full compliance withcGMPsand Global Quality Standards.You’lllead scheduling, performance, development, and workflow oversight, auditing work to ensure quality and driving a culture of safety where hazards areidentifiedand addressed early. As the primary escalation point for emergency maintenance,you’llact decisively to minimize downtime and protect people and production.You’llcollaborate closely with Plant, Production, Supply Chain, and Supervisory partners to keep operations efficient and aligned—bringing curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement that reflects Nutreco’sOwn Itmindset.
We’relooking for a skilled maintenance leader with 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience and at least three years in a supervisory role, someone who brings deephandsonknowledge of pumps, valves, piping, hydraulics, and both mechanical and electrical systems.You’recomfortable interpreting blueprints,selfmotivated,safetydriven, and committed to high-quality work. You take accountability seriously, uphold rigorous standards, and model the proactive,problemsolvingmindset that helps your team succeed. If you thrive in afastpacedproduction environment, communicate clearly across functions, and embody Nutreco’sOwn Itapproach through responsibility, curiosity, and integrity,you’llexcel in this role.
Strong technicalexpertisein industrial maintenance, including pumps, valves, piping, hydraulics, and mechanical/electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Leadership and supervisory experience, including managing schedules, performance, development, and daily maintenance operations in afast-pacedproduction environment.
Safety-first,quality-drivenmindset, ensuring compliance withcGMPs, Global Quality Standards, and safety regulations while proactivelyidentifyinghazards andmaintaininghigh work standards.
