Your
missions :
Ceva is looking for its next Deployment Planner on a permanent contract to join its team based at the Laval Campus (53), an hour’s train ride from Rennes and Le Mans, and an hour and a half from Paris.
At the campus, you will ensure product availability for end customers across a defined product range. You must take into account the constraints of the campus, maintaining a holistic view across subsidiaries and the production line.
Your duties :
- Run scenarios, develop, execute and validate the distribution plan and deployment processes from the campus to the warehouse / from the warehouse to the subsidiaries in order to replenish stock in line with target stock levels. You will escalate the plan if necessary.
- Identify stock alerts (shortage, overstock, allocation) for a product range.
- Ensure that stocks of finished and/or semi-finished products are at the target level.
Your main responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise distribution strategies, taking lead times into account.
- Implement effective order management processes for direct customers and distributors, with a focus on OTIF (On Time In Full).
- Coordinate with production teams to align production schedules with distribution plans, optimising stock levels across the entire supply chain.
- Manage local stock (returns, disposals).
- Manage the lifecycle: identify the launch and decommissioning phases; identify and flag alerts regarding demand signals for analysis purposes
Your
profile :
Education / Qualifications
5 years’ higher education in Supply Chain Management
Technical Skills
You have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in inventory management, demand planning or supply chain analysis
You excel at problem-solving and are willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure meticulous execution
You have experience with APS (ideally Maestro Kinaxis) and JDE
You are proficient in Excel
You can communicate in English, both written and spoken
You have strong organisational skills
