About the role:
To ensure Planned Maintenance System in SAP is accurately maintained. To supply accurate and timely reports to Regional & Divisional Management teams. To supply support to the fleet stock controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and issue Work Orders (Job Cards) in SAP based on predictive and planned maintenance programs, as well as reported breakdowns, across all depots and sub-depots within the region.
- Close Work Orders upon completion by accurately recording labor hours and allocating costs accordingly.
- Maintain and update vehicle records and documentation.
- Provide operational coverage for the Fleet Stock Controller when required.
- Monitor and track the scheduled maintenance and inspection program to ensure compliance and timeliness.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.
- Support the Fleet Stock Controller during periodic stock counts.
- Proactively recommend ideas and initiatives to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- High School\Diploma
- 0–1-year relevant experience
- English Fluency
- Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
