SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Media Planner on our integrated media team that will be responsible for creating and implementing omnichannel media campaigns across multiple platforms.
This individual owns the media planning and execution across key clients while working directly with both internal and external stakeholders. This position supports a mix of strategic planning, digital marketing, data analysis, and client management and reports to the Senior Media Planner, Retail Media.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop omnichannel media plans that align to client objectives and retail partner goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and retail partners regarding media planning and execution
- Work directly with internal and external partners to deliver differentiated capabilities and offerings for our clients through developing an in-depth knowledge of client’s business and competitive landscape
- Create monthly and quarterly performance reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for plan optimization
- Adjust media plans and strategies based on performance data to maximize ROI.
- Demonstrates knowledge of owned, earned and paid media channels, including digital, email, social, and print marketing while keeping up with new trends in the marketplace
- Monitors campaign performance and spend to ensure accurate impression and KPI delivery
- Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound and strategic consumer insight driven media recommendation
- Build trustworthy relationships internally, with agency partners and with clients and appropriately respond to client needs
- Develop and issue Statements of Work (SOW) using approved language and approach
- Possess excellent project management oversight and exhibit attention to detail to meet or exceed campaign deadlines across multiple programs
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in retail media and digital marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Prior experience within an agency, publisher, or in-house role for media planning or buying
- Excellent presentation skills, and history of successful client engagements
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with analytics systems such as Google Analytics and Tableau, Microsoft Suite, and project management platforms such as Asana strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ad technologies including ad serving, ad-verification, and 3rd party data providers is preferred

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive.
The pay range for this position is as follows:
$67,100-$95,800
