Your
missions :
● Review and implement occupational management through the deployment of occupational programs: PGR (Risk Management Program), PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program), Annual Report, PPR (Respiratory Protection Program), and PCA (Hearing Conservation Program).
● Implement accident prevention focusing on work permits for high-risk services, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and the classification of routine and non-routine work.
● Conduct workplace accident and environmental impact investigations.
● Assist in technical inspections, ensuring the provision of related documents.
● Issue the PPP (Professional Social Security Profile).
● Submit mandatory reports, records, and certificates to Public Authorities (Ministry of Labor, Unions, Environmental Agencies, etc.).
● Manage compliance with NR23 with consulting support: fire protection equipment, ensuring periodic training for the emergency brigade team, and organizing area evacuation drills as per applicable legislation.
● Promote campaigns, lectures, or other communication initiatives related to health, safety, and workplace quality of life.
● Manage the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and its programs, monitor the committee, and contribute to the development of initiatives, including SIPATMA and Ceva Safety Date.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NRs) through PPE Management (NR06), Mobile Equipment Management (NR11), Machine Safety (NR12), Pressure Vessels (NR13), Occupational Hygiene (NR15 and NR16), Confined Spaces (NR33), and Work at Heights (NR35).
● Manage flammable materials (NR20) and chemicals according to the GHS (Globally Harmonized System).
● Oversee Electrical Safety Governance (NR10).
● Maintain the LOTO (Lockout Tagout) program.
● Keep CAPAs (Corrective Action, Preventive Action) for HSE updated.
● Implement and support environmental management actions through waste control, monitoring, and legal environmental compliance with consulting support.
● Propose and conduct training on internal procedures and policies as defined by the global HSE team and communicated through regional management.
● Execute annual plans for training, self-inspection, emergency response, and business continuity.
● Provide support for Biosafety processes: committee formation and maintenance, compliance with EHS regulations, internal advisory, and action plan proposals.
Your
profile :
● Occupational Safety Technician with an active registration duly recorded with the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
● Proficient in current legislation (Regulatory Standards, Technical Instructions, NBRs).
● Expertise in Management Systems.
● Intermediate English is desirable.
