4+ years of experience in grant management, government incentive programs, or a directly related field.
Solid knowledge of Turkish government incentive programs, including but not limited to TUBITAK, KOSGEB, and Turquality.
Familiarity with international incentive programs — EU funds, export support programs, and overseas market development grants are a strong plus.
Excellent written communication skills in both Turkish and English, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear application materials.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent programs.
Comfort working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and business teams.
The ability to thrive in ambiguity — navigating evolving regulatory environments and finding the right path forward.
