missions :
Mission of Position:
Within the industrial policy and guidelines of Ceva, establish the technical, operational, human resources needs, that allows provide the products available on time and in compliance with quality standards and safety rules, within the set deadlines and in the best productivity conditions.
Scope of Responsibility:
• Responsible for promoting and
optimizing the best allocation of productive resources available (manpower,
equipment and supplies).
• Responsible for ensuring production volumes, on time and set for production
planning .
• Responsible for industrial Budget, and for controlling all expenses
of the Industrial and Quality department.
• Responsible for managing 4 Direct Reports and
overall around 130 employees
Main Activites:
• Control the production actions within the procedures established, thus maintaining the pre-set levels of quality, cost and productivity.
• Responsible for the modernization, automation and expansion of the productive unit, for current and future needs of the company, according to the investment plan, within the current regulations and good manufacturing practices.
• Maintain control over productivity levels, applying management tools such as Lean Manufacturing.
• Propone the technical evolution of the site to answer future needs of the market.
• Develop and monitor planning for the manufacturing of all products manufactured internally or externally.
• Responsible for the plan of preventive and corrective maintenance of the site.
• Plan and optimize resources to execute the production plan agreed with sales.
Your
profile :
• Graduated in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Veterinarian
or Industrial Engineering.
• Specialization in Production Management or Business Management.
• Fluent English.
• Standards and procedures for Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Production chain.
• Knowledge of tools and application of Lean Manufactoring.
• Inventory management.
• Automation of industrial processes.
• Integrated - JDE.
