We are an animal hospital located in North Hollywood. We offer high-quality care in both Western and Holistic Medicine. We are currently accepting applications for a full-time, veterinary kennel assistant. All potential candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, energetic, and team players. All applicants must be available to work on weekends and be comfortable with pets. Kennel assistant’s job duties include, but are not limited to the following lists.
- Feeding proper diets to dogs and cats
- Washing bedding and another laundry
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning and sanitation of the hospital
- Monitoring each animal’s eating and behavior
- Cleaning animal cages
Required qualities:
At least 6 months of working experience with a veterinary hospital, animal boarding facility, or animal shelter.
Must be able to lift 50 Ibs.
Properly handling the pets
Ability to work in a fast past environment
Must be able to work on the weekend
This position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly for a minimum of 8 hours/day.
Ability to maintain accurate records, prioritize tasks, and understand written directions.
US work authorization
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
