- Greet clients and their pets
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services
- Check clients in and out, and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information regularly
- Assist in keeping the reception area clean, organized and welcoming for clients and visitors
Qualifications
- Good communication skills, both interpersonal and over the phone
- Kind and compassionate manner with animals and pet owners
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with animals (including owning pets) would be an asset
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
