Job Description If you enjoy building relationships, driving sales success, and making a real difference on dairy farms through technology, join us a: National Sales Manager Technology About the role As National Sales Manager – Livestock Technology, you are responsible for driving sales growth and customer adoption of advanced livestock intelligence and monitoring solutions, including digital herd management and electronic identification systems. You oversee sales performance within your assigned territory, develop and execute effective territory and key account plans, and build strong, long-term relationships with livestock producers and key influencers such as veterinarians and nutritionists. You act as a trusted advisor by gaining a deep understanding of farm operations and recommending technology-driven solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and animal health. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you remain up to date on evolving technologies, support commercial initiatives such as upselling and pilot programs, and represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and on-farm demonstrations. Through strong organizational skills, deep product knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset, you consistently strive to achieve and exceed sales targets while strengthening the organization’s position in the livestock technology market. This role involves extensive travel (up to 75%), including overnight stays when required. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to Develop and execute territory plans to maximize geographic coverage and sales opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Build strong relationships with dairy farmers and key influencers, including veterinarians and nutritionists. Manage customer accounts as a trusted advisor, recommending technology‑driven improvements based on farm operations. Maintain strong product knowledge of livestock intelligence solutions through ongoing training. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customer adoption and long‑term value. Identify and drive upselling, cross‑selling and upgrade opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, farm events and industry activities. Your profile At least 3–5 years of success in senior customer‑facing or commercial roles within dairy farming, agribusiness or agri‑technology. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, business or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of dairy operations (reproduction, herd health, nutrition, milk quality) with the ability to translate insight into customer value. Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Trusted relationship builder able to influence key accounts and industry stakeholders. High technical and digital aptitude to position complex agritech solutions effectively. Strategic, autonomous professional with strong territory and account management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in the local language with professional proficiency in English. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics is a plus.
