About the role:
To assist Blow Molding Plant Manager ensuring cost effective, timely and efficient operation for high quality Product
Key Responsibilities
- Review and report plant performance to management as a basis for continuous improvement
- Establish, implement, and ensure timely execution of production plans
- Coordinate all plant activities to ensure operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and competent manner
- Support the Plant Manager in the preparation and control of the annual budget
- Review monthly operational performance to ensure production targets and budgeted LIP remain within approved limits
- Assess and review plant equipment and operational areas to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Prepare and analyze SAP reports to monitor LIP performance and bottle stock movements
- Identify, drive, and support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in their implementation
- Identify, monitor, and report production losses and waste, recommending corrective actions where required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role within the plastic manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of plastic processing techniques and familiarity with industry standards and norms
- Proven experience with ISO 9000:2000 quality standards and working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience in the production of cultured products is highly preferred
