The Commercial Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and maintaining long-term, profitable customer relationships across targeted regions and end markets within the agricultural infrastructure space.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis role is focused on driving new business development, strengthening existing accounts, and supporting technical sales efforts related to grain handling and agricultural infrastructure systems.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSuccess in this position comes from consistent customer engagement, strong technical understanding of grain systems, and the ability to translate customer needs into engineered solutions.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAchieve sales revenue, EBITDA, and individual performance goals\r\n\tDrive new business development through networking, referrals, and cold calling\r\n\tConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for contractors and end customers\r\n\tGather customer requirements and support preparation of proposals, including drawings, specifications, and contract terms\r\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimating and solution development\r\n\tPartner with leadership to identify and maximize sales opportunities and market competitiveness\r\n\tCollect and share competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders\r\n\tManage full sales cycle including opportunity tracking and CRM updates\r\n\tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across engineering, purchasing, quality, and operations\r\n\tEnsure sales and retention targets are met across assigned product lines and channels\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\r\n\t4+ years of successful sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in the agriculture industry\r\n\tStrong preference for grain handling industry experience\r\n\tTechnical knowledge of grain storage, conveying, conditioning, and handling systems strongly preferred\r\n\tDemonstrated ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles\r\n\tStrong business acumen and relationship-building skills\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIdeal Candidate Profile\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience working with grain infrastructure, storage systems, or agricultural processing equipment\r\n\tComfortable engaging with technical stakeholders (engineering, operations, procurement)\r\n\tStrong hunter mindset with ability to grow territory and expand accounts\r\n\tAble to balance field-based customer engagement with structured sales process management\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAdditional Notes\r\n\r\n\r\n\tRemote-based within Kansas\r\n\tUp to 50% travel required\r\n\tMust be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nInterested in this Opportunity?
