About the Role:
The Purpose of this role in the Bakery division is to Manage the development and growth of the designated product portfolio, encompassing existing products and new product development. As well as assisting in establishing the strategic vision and manages the organization to realize the yearly plan through marketing planning and execution.
Activities:
- Leads the Bakery business in establishing, managing, and achieving the key performance indicators for the portfolio in the GCC ( Annual Budget, Market Share and Brand Health)
- Develops the Annual Marketing Plan encompassing Consumer, Product, Trade, Promotions, and project schedules.
- Manageing the portfolio’s new product pipeline development, individual briefs, and critical path schedules.
- Manages the relationship and the creative process with the Agency of Record, ensuring that development is consistent with plans and the communication strategy.
Requirement:
The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing field
- 7-10 years of experience in brand management field.
- A proven track record in building brands and launching new products in FMCG
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge in briefing and research design.
- Ability to work with different internal/external stakeholders.
