Moffitt Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Veterinary Practice Manager with a strong foundation in HR, team development, and operations. If you're passionate about building healthy teams, driving culture, and helping a veterinary practice grow, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

As our Practice Manager, you'll serve as the operational and cultural anchor of the clinic. In this role, you will:

Lead the Team – Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain exceptional support staff. Foster a positive and professional workplace culture.
Drive Culture & Collaboration – Champion team dynamics, encourage open communication, and create an inclusive, respectful environment where people thrive.
Own HR Functions – Manage employee relations, policy implementation, payroll, benefits administration, scheduling, and performance management.
Support Business Growth – Work closely with the owner and medical team on strategic planning, process improvement, and long-term growth goals.
Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee inventory, vendor relations, compliance, financial performance, and workflow efficiency.
Enhance the Client Experience – Ensure the team delivers exceptional service at every stage of the client journey.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of veterinary or medical management experience (CVPM preferred but not required)
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and leadership development
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with veterinary practice management systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
A coaching mindset with a passion for building empowered, high-performing teams
Commitment to excellence in both client care and team culture
