Job Details:

Job Title: Animal Technician
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Shift: M-F 0600-1500 or 0700-1530 (will be determined by HM according to current department needs)
Location: San Francisco, CA (could float to all locations)
$24-26hr

Responsibilities and Duties:

Animal Technicians are responsible for gathering dirty cages from various areas of the facility.
Husbandry experience
Operation of cage wash.
Moving/storing equipment.
Assist with cage change outs & room checks as needed.
Groundskeeping.
Sweeping and moping and removing trash/biohazardous waste from hallways, common areas.
Daily maintenance of footbaths/mats.
Removing recycled and compostable items and staging for pickup. Laundering of facility scrubs/uniforms.
