Overview
Petwell/Pet Ready Veterinary Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and high-quality care to animals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival at the clinic.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Assist veterinarian with various tasks as needed.
Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding services offered.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Ensure the hospital is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and their pets.

Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of the following skills:

Experience in front desk operations within a veterinary or similar environment.
Experience in pet care practices, including animal handling.
