Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as an Oyster Farm Crew Member. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and community. The role involves physical labor and hands-on work in an outdoor marine environment. You'll be helping to cultivate oysters, including hand-sorting, harvesting and other daily operations at the farm. We take great pride in hand-cultivating extremely high quality oysters for people to enjoy!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the oyster farm
Harvest, clean, and sort oysters
Load and unload bags of oysters in and out of the water
Work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks

We’re looking for someone who has:

A passion for marine life and a desire to work in shellfish aquaculture
The ability to handle physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Enthusiasm for growing with a company that values sustainability, environmental impact, and community
