Veterinary Office Assistant – Equine Practice
Location: Stewartstown, PA | Full-Time

Hess Equine is a busy, caring equine veterinary practice. Our office staff is the heart of the practice—keeping calls, client accounts, and office operations running smoothly. We’re seekingl a detail-oriented, professional Receptionist to join our passionate team and make a real impact on the care of our clients’ horses.

What You’ll Do:

Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Process payments and assist with billing
Run in-house bloodwork and report results to veterinarians
Support veterinarians with administrative tasks
Keep the office and medical supplies organized

What We’re Looking For:

Previous receptionist/admin experience (vet or medical preferred)
Strong phone, computer, and organizational skills
Professional, clear, and courteous communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of horses is a plus, but not required
