Equipment Assembly Technician\r\n\r\n____\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nACI Distributors is a leading importer and wholesale distributor providing short-line equipment to agriculture dealerships throughout the Midwest and Gulf States.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWe’re searching for a full-time technician to work at our main facility in St. Charles, MO assembling new hay equipment (header wagons, hay rakes, tedders, etc.) before it is sent out to dealerships.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTraining on the products will be provided. Use skills to take ownership of each project providing quality workmanship. This is not “assembly line.”\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCarry out general assembly procedures.\r\n\tRead and interpret assembly instructions and blueprint specification, and parts lists.\r\n\tVerify specifications, interpret measurements, and assemble equipment components as instructed in guide materials.\r\n\tCheck and double check work and correct any assembly problems.\r\n\tTake responsibility for quality and workmanship.\r\n\tAdhere to established company values, practices, policies and procedures.\r\n\tFollow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations and standards.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\nMust live local to the St. Charles/St. Louis area prior to joining organization.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\tRelated work experience (autos, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or similar). \r\n\tSelf-starter with good decision making, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.\r\n\tThe ability to work independently while still part of shop team.\r\n\tEffectively operate hand and power tools. \r\n\tAbility to (or learn how to) operate a forklift.\r\n\tLift up to 50 pounds.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWork Schedule \r\n\r\n\r\n\tFull time\r\n\tMonday – Friday\r\n\t8:00 AM – 5:00 PM\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nLocation\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSt. Charles, MO. \r\n\tYou’ll be working indoors\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nBenefits\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHealth Insurance\r\n\tDental Insurance\r\n\t401K\r\n\tProfit Sharing\r\n\tVacation\r\n\tHolidays\r\n\r\n\r\n____\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nTo Apply\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPlease click the APPLY TO THIS POSITION icon to provide a listing of previous employment and experience.\r\n\r\n
