Veterinary Receptionist – Join Our Legendary Team!

For 100 years, Springfield Veterinary Hospital and Dental Clinic has been bringing advanced medicine and compassionate care to pets and families across Delaware County. We’re proud of our history, but we don’t live in the past—we’re a fast-paced, modern team that knows how to work hard and laugh harder!

We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who can juggle ringing phones, greeting wagging tails, and still crack a smile (bonus points if you can throw in a quick joke, too).

What You’ll Do

Be the friendly first face (and voice) clients meet
Keep schedules, records, and workflows moving smoothly
Help our clients (and their pets) feel comfortable from the first “hello” to the last “see you soon”
Bring energy, humor, and resilience to a bustling, never-boring environment

What We’re Looking For

A quick-thinking, multi-tasking human who thrives in fast-paced settings
Must love animals- seriously. If you don't like dogs and cats, this probably isn't the job for you (and honestly, they won't like you back either)
Someone with great communication skills, a sense of humor, and a genuine love for people and pets
Experience in veterinary or medical reception is a plus, but attitude and adaptability matter most

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
