Job Summary
Evergreen Animal Clinic in Santa Maria is seeking a reliable and punctual candidate to join our team as a full or part time Receptionist. This position requires prior experience in customer service, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting but willing to train the right person. We are a multi Doctor practice and work in a fast paced environment. Dependability is a core requirement for this role

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, answer multi-line phones, invoice and accept payments, run end of day financial reports, accurate management of medical records and completing daily responsibilities in a timely manner. You must be able to work well under pressure, be able to multi-task, problem solve, have attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be a self starter.
