This job starts part-time, with the chance to move to full-time based on performance and clinic needs.

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in clients and pets
Schedule and manage appointments
Answer phones, emails, and client questions
Help with paperwork and patient information
Keep accurate medical and client records
Prepare exam rooms and keep them clean
Assist veterinarians during exams and procedures
Handle payments and invoices
Give clients basic pet care and medication information
Daily cleaning and kennel duties
Other tasks as needed

Qualifications (preferred, not required)

Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal-related job
Knowledge of veterinary terms, animal care, or medical procedures
Comfort handling cats and dogs of all sizes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to use computer systems
No equine or grooming experience required

Training
