We’re seeking a friendly, team-orientated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate is calm under pressure, and dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming experience. Applicants must have flexibility with hospital shifts (7 AM–4 PM, 11 AM–7 PM) and rotating Saturdays are required

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented; must be able to multi-task
Previous veterinary experience is a plus
Passion for animals and their care
Comfortable with computers and willingness to learn veterinary software

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets with a positive attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
Support daily front desk operations
Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and team members
