We are seeking a full-time receptionist, preferably someone who has experience in veterinary medicine or previous experience in reception/customer service. The position would require 3-4 shifts a week from 8:30AM-7:00PM with rotating Saturday shifts. We are looking for receptionists that are positive, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for individuals that can remain calm during stressful situations and who have a passion for helping people. Potential receptionists should possess excellent communication skills and must also be proficient in managing sales of goods, organizational skills, knowledge in how to efficiently operate multiple phone lines, and basic computer skills. Administrative Duties:

Answering and routing phone calls, triaging patients over the phone and in person
cleaning and stocking the lobby and exam rooms

Financial Duties:

Processing payments
Performing close-out/end of day deposits
processing pet insurance, care credit, and scratch pay applications
