Our owner and lead veterinarian, Dr. Ellen Nicklassen, recently completed her Master's in Clinical Counselling and is deeply committed to mental wellness in the veterinary profession. What We Offer:

Privately Owned, Community-Rooted Practice: Kelowna's oldest and most established veterinary clinic—offering modern, progressive care.
Small Animal Exclusive: Some exotics work available (encouraged but not required—we’ll support your learning).
Support for Your Interests: Want to explore rehab, nutrition, acupuncture, or other specialty services? We’ll help you make it happen.
Strong Team Support: 2 RVTs, receptionists, tech and kennel assistants. A senior vet is always available in person or by phone.
Flexible Work Hours:
Open 8–5 Monday–Friday, 9–4 Saturdays
Closed Sundays and Stat holidays
No evenings or on-call—referrals go to the emergency hospital two blocks away
Full-time (preferred) or part-time available
Four-day work weeks with three days off for balance and rest
Modern Equipment & Tools:

On-site lab, digital radiology, ultrasound, full surgery and dental suites, digital cytology, surgical and therapeutic lasers, digital stance-analyser, and more.
