Lange Veterinary Hospital is proud to serve Sherman, Texas and surrounding areas. Our 2.5 doctor small animal practice was established in 1948 and has been serving our dedicated clientele ever since. Our doctors and animal loving staff are devoted to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine and providing our clients with superior customer service.

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of a customer service representative is to answer phones, schedule appointments, work with computer and billing systems to maintain records, invoice clients, record payments and send correspondence. Our CSR’s are the first face of the practice and must be presentable and communicate in a friendly, reassuring, and professional manner.

Basic computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate excellent time and task management

Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients

Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality

Filing medical records

Invoicing clients and collecting payment for services

Job Responsibilities

Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients, and handle payments.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.

Update and file patient charts.

Process credit card payments

Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room.

Enter data into a computerized billing program.

Other duties as assigned.

May be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs

Background Check Screening : Required

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
