We are excited to welcome a new member to our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start date.

Clinic Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Saturday availability is required.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our busy veterinary practice. While prior veterinary industry experience is preferred, we also welcome applicants with backgrounds in reception, customer service, or office administration who share a genuine love of animals and a commitment to excellent client care.

Possesses strong computer skills and accuracy in data entry

Has prior experience with Avimark software (required)

Key Responsibilities

Answer client inquiries regarding hospital policies, routine procedures, and product costs

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office

Manage multi-line telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Accurately receive and relay telephone, fax, and email messages

Greet clients and update client/pet information in the practice management system

Present costs and fees positively while supporting hospital payment policies

Prepare invoices and process payments for services performed

Compensation

Salary: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
