Job Summary

A Research Support position is available to help operate a 1,000 sq. ft., 5,000 tank zebrafish facility. Assists aquaculture facility technician to feed zebrafish, wash tanks, and perform routine maintenance.

Essential Job Duties

Feed zebrafish.
Wash and clean fish tanks.
Perform routine maintenance in Zebrafish facility.
Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year work experience in a zebrafish aquaculture facility.
Must be reliable and have strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Strong time management skills.
Clearly understands the workflow and operations of laboratory.
General knowledge of laboratory support, cleaning products, instruments, and/or equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with animal care.

Hiring Range

$19.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
