Founded by experienced DVMs, AcutePet is led by veterinary professionals who understand what it takes to support high-functioning teams and create sustainable, well-run hospitals. What We’re Looking For:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
All levels of experience welcome - new grads encouraged to apply
Interest in urgent care, emergency medicine, or expanding clinical confidence
Strong diagnostic skills and a thoughtful, adaptable approach to patient care
Excellent communication with clients and medical support teams
Availability for evening or weekend shifts as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary with 25% production pay (whichever is greater), with no negative accrual
No overnights or major holidays
Up to six weeks of paid parental and adoptive leave
