Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our veterinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality medical care for our neighbors cats and dogs. Duties

Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnose medical conditions using veterinary terminology and knowledge of animal physiology and anatomy.
Perform veterinary critical care procedures, including animal restraint, catheterization, and aseptic techniques.
Administer treatments, vaccinations, and medications tailored to individual animal needs.
Assist with laboratory testing and interpret results to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
Handle a variety of animals with expertise in animal handling, pet grooming, and pet care to ensure their comfort and safety.
Educate pet owners on animal husbandry, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
Manage emergency cases requiring urgent veterinary intervention with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate medical records following veterinary standards and protocols.

Qualifications

Veterinary degree from an accredited institution; valid licensure to practice veterinary medicine.
Proven experience in veterinary critical care, laboratory procedures, or related fields preferred.
Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication skills for client education and team collaboration.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
