Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team for a part-time position. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your passion for animals and ability to communicate effectively will help create a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. Must be willing to work some evenings and Saturdays.

Duties

Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, and pet care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the system.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
Provide information to clients about laboratory services, pet care, and wellness programs.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
