Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and compassionate Administrative & Mobile Assistant to support our sedation-free pet dental team. This position requires a valid drivers license. Company vehicle may be considered for the right applicant. The ideal candidate thrives on the road, enjoys working around dogs, and brings strong administrative and customer service skills to a fast-paced, people-and-pet focused environment. You will play a key role in client coordination, and daily operations that allow our team to provide gentle, ethical dental care in communities across the province.

Responsibilities

Assisted in gentle, effective and thorough sedation free cleanings
Travel with the mobile dental team for service blocks, assisting at host locations throughout the Lower Mainland
Communicate with pet parents via phone, email, and social media with friendly, professional etiquette
Perform data entry, client file management, and appointment follow-ups to ensure accurate records
Prepare appointment confirmations, pre-care instructions, and post-cleaning reports
Utilize DocuSign for client consent forms and service agreements
Greet clients at mobile locations and assist with check-in/check-out processes
Assist the dental technician during clinic flow (non-medical support only)

Qualifications

Experience in an administrative, customer service, veterinary, or pet-related role preferred
Willing and able to travel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a mobile environment
Excellent written and verbal communication with warm, confident phone etiquette
Comfortable working around dogs of all breeds and temperaments
Ability to work independently while supporting a close-knit, female-led team
Experience with scheduling software or front desk duties is a plus
Passion for animal wellness and ethical, sedation-free dental care

Schedule & Work Environment

Travel throughout the lower mainland during work blocks
Mix of on-site client interaction and remote administrative duties
