Veterinary Technician / Experienced Veterinary Assistant
The Animal Wellness Center – Danville, CA

Pay: $23–$30 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
Schedule: Full-time preferred | Part-time considered
4-day workweek – four 10-hour shifts (enjoy an extra day off every week)
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM | No weekends

The Animal Wellness Center of Danville is a modern veterinary hospital that opened just over a year ago, and we are continuing to grow. We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team.

Our hospital offers general practice along with integrative services including animal chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy with an underwater treadmill. We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Safe animal restraint and compassionate patient care
Venipuncture, injections, and IV catheter placement
Running diagnostics such as lab work, radiographs, and blood pressure
Anesthesia setup, monitoring, and recovery for surgery and dentistry
Dental procedures including radiographs and cleanings
Medical records, client communication, and patient discharge
