Acadia Veterinary Clinic is seeking a confident, organized, and team-oriented Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) to join our busy, well-established small animal practice.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced office, receptionist, or customer service role
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Veterinary or medical office experience is an asset

We are a privately owned, well-established small animal practice providing high-quality care to companion animals (with some exotics). Supported by in-house laboratory, advanced imaging, and modern medical equipment, our team is proud to offer both routine and advanced surgical and medical services.

Key Responsibilities

Client communication and appointment scheduling
Patient check-in and check-out, collecting payment
Managing phone and email inquiries
Maintaining accurate medical records
Supporting veterinarians and technicians as needed
General front desk and administrative duties
