Qualifications and skills:

At least 3 years experience as a Veterinary Assistant
Excellent communication skills
Team player/plays well with other team members
Positive attitude
Enhancing reputation of the practice through client interactions and client education
Accepting ownership for success /self-motivated
Excellent Organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge
Good assistant skills, venipuncture, specimen preparation, safe restraint of cats and dogs
Experience monitoring sedation/anesthesia

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $26 - $28/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
