Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, physically capable team member to join our operation. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities—from caring for fish at our facility to delivering and installing products in the field. If you have a background in aquaculture, environmental science, natural resources, agriculture, or a related field, and you enjoy varied, active work, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, feed, and monitor fish held at our facility

Assist with collection of eggs, incubation, moving, and raising of fish

Clean tanks and equipment to maintain healthy stock

Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment

Drive to deliver fish to ponds and lakes throughout the region

Educate customers on fish stocking, pond care, and product use

Open and close our retail facility

Package and load fish and products for customers

Deliver and install products including docks, aerators, and fountains

Pack and ship fish and pond care products

Lift heavy materials or equipment such as seine nets

Other responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and seasonally extended hours

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

Degree or coursework in environmental science, biology, fisheries, wildlife management, agriculture, or a related field

Experience with aquaculture, fish hatcheries, or pond/lake management

Mechanical aptitude (pumps, aerators, plumbing, small engines)

Customer service or retail experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
