Ala Eddin Abu Al Khair is a seasoned executive with over 25 years
of experience in business administration, finance management,
and agricultural business expertise. With a master’s degree in
finance management & accounting, Mr. Abu Al Khair brings a
robust educational background to his professional endeavors.
Mr. Abu Khair joined the Jordanian-Palestinian Agricultural Products
Company (JPACO) in January 2022 up to date established all of the
company's businesses, activities and systems in Jordan and
Palestine Launching its agricultural, commercial and international
marketing activities and opening global markets in more than 30
global markets within a record period and restoring the market share
of Jordanian and Palestinian products in global markets.
Throughout his career, Mr. Abu Al Khair has demonstrated astute
leadership skills and a deep understanding of the importance of
customer satisfaction. As a seasoned executive, he has consistently
gone the extra mile to ensure client needs are not only met but
exceeded. His creative thinking, coupled with a high-caliber
marketing profile and excellent finance background, has enabled

Mr. Abu Al Khair has held key leadership roles in prominent
companies such as Hammoudeh Food Industries Group, where he
served as General Manager accountable to the Chairman/BOD.
During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives that reestablished
sales departments, expanded market reach, and drove significant
revenue growth. His responsibilities included overseeing operations,
financial management, marketing strategies, and organizational
development.
In addition to his tenure at Hammoudeh Food Industries Group, Mr.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the planning and managing of farming operations and
handle business administration.
• Track operational output measures and anticipate trends that
compromise achievement of targets.
• Review processing schedules to make decisions about different
requirements such as inventory/staffing and others.
• Ensure agricultural standards are followed and new
technologies are adopted to increase efficiency and production.
• Oversee different phases of agricultural production from
planting to harvest and their logistics for exporting and
commercialization.
• Demonstrate understanding of new products and solutions and
presenting them to partners and their customers when needed.
• Develop and maintain a risk management framework and
effective communication plan.
• Review and oversee weekly and monthly financial reports and
budgets and Create business plans.
• Present and report outcomes to top management when required.
